Mr. Mulase Constant has over 10 years of experience in leadership and management. He trained as a pilot in USA under Germany sponsorship where he also graduated with a first class honor degree in Aviation. He has 32 hours of Basic Space Flight Program from NASA, JF Kennedy Space Centre and undertook short training in Astronomy from Curtin University Australia.
He has served as strategic manager – South West Airline, Lecturer in South Africa, Director of Edinburgh Worldwide Training and Research, Director Joint Aviation, Program Director of Aviation and aerospace program that served in 7 countries in Africa.
His has carried out a number of aviation research among them US Gripe against Airbus and European Union which earned him an award, Impact of Commercial Aviation to US Economy and Low Cost Carriers focusing on marker drivers, market restrain, industry trends and successes.
He has presented on a number of topics in aviation such as Airline Strategy from Network Development to Business Model; The future of African Airlines Post Covid – 19; The Structure and Economics of airlines; Airline Passenger Marketing and Forecasting methods; Airline output, demand and pricing determination among others.
Besides aviation he has interest in entrepreneurship and currently the Director of Capitec Group Ltd. He is wide read and has acquired short training in various courses among them Forensic Science and forensic psychology, Marine and Antarctic Science, Ocean Governance, Negotiation and conflict resolutions, climate change.
